CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment in order to transfer the payment to another session time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, missed sessions, or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or transfers.
